Well, I think you can enter Bloody Bay at 15, but most people use Sirens call (25 I think). In Bloody bay, you are made lvl 25 I think, and in Sirens you are made 30. PvP is imo best in higher lvls, as you have no lvling to worry about.
you can get into sirens at lvl 20 but as you dont get SO enhancements untill 22 you will be at a disadvantage

then again, there still are the advantages in build over other builds, so some enemies you can beat with DO and TO (if you dont know those terms.. they are short for dual origin and training origin enhancements). However in general you are indeed in a disadvantage. My suggestion would be to pvp at 24/25, when you are fully slotted with SO (single origin enhancements). This way you dont lose any power in BB and can fare pretty well in Sirens. However you cant enter warburg until lvl 30 (you get lackey/malefactor to lvl 38). Of course you can also just challenge your friends to a little arena match. Any level will do there

hm, must say I never had trouble being fully slotted with SOs at 24/25.. then again I almost always skip DOs (unless I get some from drops) and debt is your friend when it comes to making money

I don't like hitting the PvP Zones until I have status protection (if available) and am as close to the limit of the zone level as possible (to have the full range of attacks and powers).
Of course, being a Robotics/FF Mastermind instantly puts me at a disadvantage unless I take Personal Forcefield (which I hate doing, as it cuts off my henchies from Leadership, Supremacy and Dispersion)
That's why I have a Brute, Stalker and Corruptor that are being built for some light PvP

If you are a Villain Bloody Bay can be accessed from Cap au Diable. If you are a Hero, it can be accessed through Skyway.
I am new to COV and the threads I read at the best are confusing as I am struggling recognising the terminoligy. I Guess thats time though. My question is whats the best level to start PVP battles? I am a mere level 10 and dont fancy getting wasted before pulling my tights up.
