I think there is still some sort of debuff, but doesn't look like anything to worry about.
I think there is a slight damage and acc debuff......... but as I'm never the guy its on I'm not that certain

I just picked up mutation on my Rad defender, on the description it says that when it wears off the target will feel slightly weakened....i was just wondering what guise this takes, i.e a loss of health/endurance, or do they just do less damage for a while?
