I would take both, 2 recharges are needed to counter the -recharge of GA. I would then take Hasten as a turbo boost on top of that when you really need it.
Hasten on its own will be down too much of the time.
That is from a Tank viewpoint, the -rchrg might be lower for a Brute, although I doubt it.
I feel a copy to the test server coming after I do respec trial, just to see what the effects are like.
I've got Hasten as my Stone tank on CoH, it's useful but it's better if you've got a corruptor that can speed up your recharge...Its still a useful thing though

Just wondering, any of the stonies out there gimme some advice on using granite armour? Would you recommend trying to pick up hasten even though it cant be perma'd anymore or, would you double recharge slot stuff, to try get a reasonable attack chain?
