Well it all depends on your play style and there's no "best" build in CoV.
Personally I duo with a /kin corruptor and with 3 SO slotted stamina and his buffs I have LOADS of endurance. However before lvl 20 I had major problems and tbh I'm not sure how you can avoid that.
I find in pve death shroud helps keep all the minions on me which keeps my team alive and gives me fury, win/win situation, although it is a big endurance drain it also does decent damage.
SJ is a good choice as you'll want Acrobatics from that pool for knockback protection.

If you find a kin corruptor, nail them to your side.

I currently have only one SO in Acrobatics and I find if I turn it off until people start putting me on my [censored], I don't have any endurance issues (1 End reduc in all shields, 2 in CoF). Acro will probably get another end reduc if I can spare it.

DA is not THAT bad as end cost, if you dont take death shrowd at low levels anyway. Am capable of fighting well with two out of 3 sheilds running without worrying about end, the 3rd shield means I need to pop CaBs so I try to avoid foes with temp or en damage for now and will sort it when I get stamina and SO's

About all in the title, there are some things I'd like to point out though;
1) I want to have rage up as much as possible
2) I dont want death shroud or oppressive gloom
3) I want manageable end
4) SJ as travel
5) Hurl would be nice
Hope someone can make up something meeting even most of the requirements
