Fortitude prioritys
I usually do one of two things:
Check see if we have any one lower than the rest of the team - usually -2 lvls - they would usually get fortitude first
Then check who the big damage dealers are (usually going to be a scrapper or blaster) and fortitude them next.
If a controller/blaster/defender accidentally gets themselves too much aggro I would forti them as required...
I can usually keep 3-4 people with fortitude on...

I can't remember exactly off the top of my head what I have on it... it's probably 2 x recharge, 2 x def buff, 2 x hit buff - one of them is a hami-o, tho can't remember which one...
It's possible that my 3-4 comes from teaming a lot with kinetics recently. It might actually be 3 in most instances
I don't usually have a particular AT who gets it first. After a couple of minutes in combat it usually shows who needs the boost from Acc or Def most.
Lately I would say in general it was tanks who take the teams aggro that need it most. Anyone on a SK or missing a lot would be next. After that I would pick the most aggressive damage dealer if no one else was struggling.
I have had a suprise in the past with how much Controllers (or their pets) benefit from Fortitude as well (mine is slotted 2xAcc 2xDef 2xRchg)
I have mine 3 slotted for Recharge (SOs) and one Def buff DO. I can keep 3 or 4 people Fort'ed at once
I tend to try and Fort the Blasters/Scrappers first, then the Tanks.
Whoever I think will most benefit from it, I have no hard and fast rule about who gets it.
Having said that if I'm in a team which is running pretty smoothly it usually goes on damage dealers. If I'm in a team which is not it'll go on whoever I think needs it most to keep doing their job in the team, probably starting with who ever is managing aggro, particularly if it's not a tanker.
I'm also open to bribery in the form of sweets, cookies, chocolate or alcohol.
personally I found out that ice tanks profit ALOT from fortitude. It takes me back to pre-ED mob ownage if I get fort on Duke . On a side note, if you dont have ice tanks in the team, I'd say the one who misses the most or anybody thats heavy on def buffs to give it. Most of times fortitude's def boost is overlooked and ppl most of times only grant it for the +dam/acc

i usually give it to blasters and controllers for acc and damage
On my Empathy Defender I go by...
- Person I'm having to heal most (the defense means I'm less taxed for healing others then)
- Person who can deal lotsa damage (so they can kill even quicker)
On my /empath controller I go with what Master_Zaprobo said unless their is an ice tank then I go with what Nefarious said.
1, ice tanks
2, people needing healing often
3, people doing damage
their seems to be the odd person you meet when teaming that continuosly asks for fort, that annoys me. if they need it so badly then they really need to address their build or join a team fighting lower levels
My priority with Fort goes as follows:
1) Imaginary
2) Nightbringer
3) Blasters
4) Kheldians
5) Scrappers/Controllers
6) Tankers
6) Defenders
I find that a good blaster with Fortidude makes things a LOT easier.
If you are doing that Mother Mayhem mission, PLEASE give it to the Tank if you have one. Its pretty terrifying facing the aggro of whole mobs you have no damage resistance or defence (in the case of non-Stone Tanks)against. In my experience, as a Blaster I did way more damage with Adrenalin Boost on than I did with Fort, my best attacks including my nuke available more often. I often see Empaths give the Tank the AB and the damage dealer Fort however. Having played a Tank and a Blaster to 50, I would suggest the reverse.
Way bqack in I4 I was teamed with a def who kept giving me 6 slot def buff fort. As a regen I found he got very popular with me.
So I decided to copy this. Of course I deleted that empath but chose to go for the same thing again as I had perma haste I coud get them off quick enough. But ED came and I restarted a 3rd time. I was thinking this time 3 def and 3 accu buff but maybe Ill add a rec red in there or 2 having read this.
I tend to fort scrappers first, then tanks as a rule since they tend toneed defence to last longer, unless the tank really needs it or as Psy says any are a lower level in the bunch. Although I agree squishies need it too but it depends on team construction. But priority tends togo to the melees then other aggro magnets for me.

I agree. I tend to Fort scrappers & blasters as they are going to get the most from the + Dam more than any of the other ATs. That said, if theres a tank on an AV, they take priority and so forth. It depends a lot on circumstance. Stacked Fort is completely insane and if you plonk AB & Fort on any decent scrapper or blaster, they will be plowing through mobs to save your backside and to get their next double fix..
any1 no what %dmg increase fort gives?
