Empath Version 3.2
If you have stamina you dont need to slot your heals with an end reduction...
On the flip side I took tactics assault and manouevers and slotted each with 3 end reducers and slotted tactics with 3 to hit buffs and manouvers with 3 def buffs.
Again with Adrenalin boost its 6 slotted with 3 and 3. Didn't bother with any enr reducers.

Would agree with Venture, end reds aren't really required in heals/buffs with Stamina. The only time I run low on End with Elec is when I'm blasting during a long fight such as an AV fight. If I'm only healing/buffing, I have no problems with End.
Would also recommend trying to work in the Leaping pool, obviously SJ/SS combo is great, but as you're running Leadership, having Acrobatics should provide a bit more defence to holds and therefore less toggle drops.
This toon will be running in a team with one of each AT in it. So 1 tank, 1 scrapper etc. Think the controller is going for storm/ice so think that CM is not necessary, and as far as i'm aware the defence buff from maneuvers is not that much in the slightest... Oh yeah, and AB is slotted with Endurance Modification not a reducer

Steamy Mist act's as a good CM as well as O2 boost. We have plans/tactics for whilst fighting so everyone knows their roles so to speak.
hmm Clear mind is an important tool in your set as a empath. Sure o2 boost can work. Steamy mist is not _that_ reliable you can still get held and cant always depend on being inside the aura.(depends how the fight and chaos is spread) - also the defender/controler who has 02.. who will CM him?
when I use my empath im spaming CM sometimes just as much as I do with heals. - and as harps said. Leaping ppol and acrobatics can really save you from a lot of hassle..a team mate in trouble is a nightmare if you are on your back for perioids of time.
Depending on how you want to take it. but my Empath is lvl 34. I dont have stamina and tbh dont think I will either. I have been in some realy hectic moments where im constanly active and my END bar just has not moved. and as RA recharges in 3 mins or so then should be ok with that.
If you want to get attacks then Stamina is usefull but you said you wanted to be a pure empath..personally I'd get rid of a lot of your attacks and get the leaping pool for your own security and SJ in missions can be a real help.

well, he only has 5 attacks that I can see (4 primary and 1 epic) so it's not like he is building in a huge amount anyway...
One thing I would say... if you are going for a balanced team with 1 of each AT then I think you might find that you won't actually have all that much to do a lot of the time (unless the tank is an ice tank ). To swap out attacks means there will be even less to do so I would be really wary of getting rid of attacks... particularly for swapping it to Acrobatics (which I have on a blaster and have seen on several defenders and just don't think it's worth it tbh!)
I would take clearmind though... but perhaps not till later on. One thing I've seen quite a lot in later levels, where mobs start draining endurance, is tanks getting stunned. To have a back up of clearmind just incase seems quite sensible to me... after all once the tanks falls you're the last line of defence
The O2 boost won't stop being getting held, just slept (and possibly immob. I can't remember off the top of my head). Its nowhere near as good as Clear Mind to be honest mate.
And as Zak says (hi by the way, long time no see ) the controller could still easily get held.
Personally, I don't think every emp primary is totally necessary, I'd say you can live without absorb pain and regen aura, but I would put CM as a must-have.
By the way the only status effect Steamy Mist protects against is confusion.
You need CM somewhere in there.
Also, as it's a team oriented build, you could drop Siren's Song and pick Howl. You have a tanker + a controller, you won't get aggro (and sleeps aren't very team-friendly, anyway). You can leave Howl unslotted and use it as a AoE resistance debuff for all your team.

[/ QUOTE ]Even those 2 together won't give nearly as good status protection CM does, nothing against holds for example.
I think i use cm as much as i do heal nowadays lol and also would agree with no end reducers in anything if u have fully slotted stamina.
Just a quick question to base my slotting: does Heal Other with 3 reacharge come up before the animation ends?
Just incase you didn't get the point by now, you really need Clear Mind. Without it your team won't have any resistance to holds,Immobilize or Fear. Also if you ever think you'll go do some PvP with this team the +Perception will be extremely handy. Great for scrappers if they want to go Stalker hunting .
my build doesnt have stamina or end redux on powers, with ra and conserve power slotted primarily for recharge i never run out of end anyway...
