Illusion/Trick Arrow question
I have Superior Invisibility always on, for which I need Stamina.
I really should do something about this signature.
oh right - that's a bit of an Endurance hog then?
hmm, was really hoping not to have to take stamina so I could get 3 other powers
I'd be inclined to take it. I have a fire/TA and it's pretty end heavy so I'm definitely getting it on mine.
I don't think hasten is needed though. You have two single target holds already, so you can probably stack holds faster than a controller with hasten but only one single target hold.
Not only do I have stamina, I also have Superior invisibility with 3 end reducers.
I'll put my build up in a mo.
I have Hasten so I can have my decoys out more.

well... thanks for the advice. I actually used Superior Invisibility last night on my controller and you're right - what an endurance hog!
Just out of interest PRAF68 you haven't taken flash arrow... any particular reason? I took this at 4 and open every fight with it (slotted it for accuracy and acc debuff...) is this not actually worth it? (even if it's not it looks cool...)
I have't got Flash or Poison gas arrows for a reason: I have so much hold + invis + decoys that the mobs don't get to attack often enough to make it worth debuffing them.
Still, your milege will vary depending on tactics, and Decieve could certainly be left out. I just have it for fun.
If you always team you could leave out spectral wounds as well.

Flasharrow is an excellent opening move. It lets the whole team get in closer range and take better position.
Another good use is to spam it on other groups of mobs if they're too close so you can keep those out of the fight by staying out of their perception range. Thirdly it provides an -admittedly a bit crappy- way to stealth mishes and groups.
I have used it to lvl 40 now so far, and although many dont hink highly of it, for me its for keeps for sure. When used well its an very nice power. And i havent even yet talked about the (small) accu debuff on it... Yummie!
Nowadays you might get away with Stamina, especially if you pick Group Invis instead of Superior.
That said I still have both Stamina and Haste. Haste is useful for getting Flash, PA and Group Invis back up ASAP. I'm using Teleport as travel power so Stamina is useful for it and the end-heavy toggles+powers in my secondary (Steamy Mist, Hurricane and Thunderstorm).
I rolled a new controller this weekend - Illusion/Trick Arrow - and I've been playing around with the build. I just wondered if anyone has played this and can tell me whether Stamina is needed? I know the recharge times on Trick Arrow are pretty slow so I was thinking that I may not need it at all but any advice welcomed
