I have 3 accuracy in power thrust as it's my autopower (hold ctrl + click power for auto)

I would try and get all your attack powers with at least one accuracy. As Paragon Girl states, if you pvp at all, use 2 (my personal preference anyhow as it means you can hit +3/4/5 mobs)
Currently the slots in health are probably better off 1 in powerthrust(and put on auto hit) and another in bonesmasher. I use 3 in health and find it is very helpful to reduce downtime between mobs, but it isnt quite so necessary at 25.
You might also want to even out your slots in the primaries a little. Taking 1 out of power blast and burst, put 1 into snipe and go 1 acc, 3 damage and 1 into energy torrent.
But you definitely want accuracy enhancements in all your attacks, tho snipe you can get away without and just 3 slot for damage then use with aim and build up.

Disagree again....I find 1 Acc in powers gives me 85% hit rate.
Agree with only having 1 slot in Health to start with though...build it up later as you need it.
1 ACC in all powers, KB boost on Torrent and Thrust. Interrupt on Snipe and that's a damn fine build Though SO's are always preferable

Thanks again everyone, two more questions if thats ok.

1: What happens with the endurance reduction slots, are they not really needed anymore?

i.e. power burst and energy blast have 3 dmg, 1 endurance reduction, 1 acc and 1 recharge reduction as i use those as my primary fighting arsenal.

2: Conserve energy hasnt really been mentioned, how should i slot that one up?

1. You may still find endurance reduction enhancements useful in attack powers. Although with stamina it's not as important. Another accuracy instead of end red may be more use depending on how you are finding your endurance usage
2. Conserve energy will need 3 recharge reductions for most use.

Hi and welcome 2 the rangers

I had a look at your build and its loookin good but it really does lack more ranged attacks which you shud b relyin on in the early game until u get nova and tf.
So i reccomend that u shud get power bolt as well as blast so u can have a early one two attack at range and alterante between the 2.
Also another bit of advice is that u shouldn't spread your slots around until you've fully slotted your attacks up first especially blast, bolt and snipe.
