Noob question about missions and Bloody bay....

afaik, the only one that gives BB mishes is the warzone operative in BB, and he will keep giving the same mishes till you hit 26 after which you outlvled him and he wont give you more tasks. Bout not getting new mishes, i believe you wont get new contacts until you are 20 or 21, and i truly believe when you hit those lvls you should go to the sharkhead broker and do mishes there
bout people drawing you into mobs so you get debt i think you should petition them, cause even if it is PvP i think this still counts as griefing.

You didn't have to do the Bloody Bay missions if you didn't want to, you can skip them if you didn't want the risk of pvp. Have you looked in your contacts for contacts? Sounds silly but sometimes I forget. Otherwise just talk to some of your old contacts and see if they introduce you to someone else, or check contacts on the map that you haven't seen yet. I am not sure that the Bloody Bay contact tells you about your next contact since he is in a pvp zone and perhaps unconnected from the others as such.

Even though I wouldn't do this (unless someone was really 'asking' for it), I'm not sure it's too wise to nerf villainy in a game named City of Villains. Saying that it's up to the people who run the game...someone does it to me...don't get mad, get even

So a villain is allowed to mame, torture, murder, pilage, and plunder...but not be a twit?

It doesn't justify crappy OOC behaviour, no.

2 things really:
1) I cant get even, when ppl just put me in a hold and drag me 500 yards into mobs, without using breakout inspirations. But then they'll just do it again (after they've killed me) Im a Mastermind, I die in like 2-3 hits.
2) I can see no way to bypass the bloody bay missions, hell i've even filled the guys bar completely there. When ever i talk to a contact and ask about missions they tell me to go to Bloody bay. ALL of my contacts in my list do this. Ranging from all the zones i've been in upto cap au diable. The only option i have is running newspaper missions. Why is this? My friend filled the BB contact's bar trhingy, and came out and got missions off the Seer in mercy straight away, i cant?
Am i bugged or doing something wrong? i've checked all my contacts, even brokers... nothing.
P.S. Thanx for tips so far 
I'd petition it in that case - worth trying.
Also, you may have to go see each contact in person (not call them) to check if they have another contact for you - I had to do this recently.

First of all I didn't..that was all you posted. Secondly what exactly is the point in quoting someone's whole post if my response in only about part of it; if people wish to see the whole of your post, they may simply scroll up for go back a page. Thirdly, it's a forum, people actually do that quite lot in order to save virtual rainforests.

I thought what I was saying was pretty obvious? A Villain can do all those things you mentioned, yes, but the game title should not justify crappy, moronic behaviour from an Out Of Character viewpoint (Griefing, for example, can never be attributed to Roleplay; that's a piss-poor attitude to take, Villain or no).

I said not to skip over parts of my post. Small, but significant difference to not quoting me entirely. You quoted the entire thing, therefore have no excuse to skip over key words (In this case, the bit about the OOC stuff).
agree completely, its city of villains not city of chavs or idiots. People would use this excuse for all kinds of game ruining behaviour.
I'm taking it that OOC is the agreement? If so I said before that pushing people into npc's in order to get other players debt isn't something that is up to me to say weather it's right or wrong. Report these people or don't...it really doesn't bother me either way. Personally myself, I would rather get revenge than moan at them. And what's saying they are not roleplaying unless they are shouting in broadcast and the like? I've pvped alot in other games and this one and heard griefing that would burst your eardrums..however I've learnt that killing that person/group of people in turn in silence is the best way to make your point heard..oh..and that's after I've read the red letters telling me it is a pvp zone (once when you enter the zone and another when you get missions from the contact), along with somewhat huge letters counting down from 25 to 1. Also if two players are fighting and one backs into a group of npc's does that suddenly make the other person a griefer if he was not pushing him into them and did not notice them himself. How does the other person know the difference, in a way that is not as easy to see as being actually pushed into them using a power?

Firstly excuse this post for not having the correct names for any of the npc's, some of the order of events may be slightly confused aswell I have been paying this a lot over the last few days.
I wasn't sure about the PVP aspect but I play at pretty random times of the day and took my first mssion from the general and wandered into the bay to seek out the operator he had told me about, a few superjumps later and I took a mission to debuff hero or buff villains I don't really remember. After doing all this I left the zone and went back to the arachnos general guy told me to see the contact so I ignored him and went back to the paper, built up some credit with my broker and after another casino raid i was introduced to the golden roller, and went on some more PVE missions.
Checked in with the arachnos general guy and having paid a little closer attention followed the mission link to a Kalinda style contact standing just beside the Bloody bay coptor, just by talking to this person who warned me about the dangers of PVP I got a bunch of experience, I then returned to arachnos general to complete the 'mission' and got another pile of experience. Then he wanted to give me the timed rocket pack mission which I declined cos that had levelled me up and I was logging off. Felt a bit silly for going in bloody bay atall and put it behind me.
Very early Friday morning (figureing it would be quiet) I wanted to explore Bloody bay some more and took the evil scientist meteor shard mission collected all my shards and then started trying to take down a firebase on my own which I think is probably not achievable before a couple of heroes turned up killed me and stole my shards, I don't remember their names but I think one of them belonged to S.U.P.E.R teamed up with another recently killed villain and got killed again, since I had already lost my shards it didn't concern me that much especially realising no debt had been awarded. Tried to avoid the heroes but they had a flying spotter but they must have got bored or not noticed us slip out around the perimiter. We collected the shards again and then found another villain who had discovered a 'soft' firebase which we managed to destroy three times so we each got our shiva shard, returned to the contact and got the temporary power to summon shivan. It was good fun although I appreciate annoying tactics as mentioned would make anyone bitter.
Sorry if I have taken my time getting here but my point is if I keep playing through all my other contacts will they all start default to sending me to bloody bay or just the normal 'we have no more ground to cover' message and did the contact just next to the helicopter not complete the visit bloody bay mission for anyone else?
Hi ive been playing for less than a week so sorry if this is an old and overasked question but...
Im currently level 19 (mastermind) nearly level 20. All my contacts are pushing me to run missions in Bloody Bay, which i did grudgingly. So i ran like 6-7 missions (got lamed by ppl who find it funny keeping me in hold and dragging me into NPC's so i lose exp) then when the bar for that contact was full... nothing. All my contacts continue to tell me to go to bloody bay.
I didn't make this toon for PvP and i dont like having it forced on me. What must I do in bloody bay to resume doing normal missions, atm all i can do is newspaper missions and to be quite honest robbing the same back over and over again from the Cap Auy Diable Broker is getting seriously boring.
