Yeah, the review triggered my google search since it wasn't something I'd heard of, although evidently others already learned it from somewhere so they might actually know more about it as well.
I can't actually remember where I heard about it before.
Possibly just some dev posts in the US forums :/

at last a future timeline zone (no i havent been in the shard yet) and i reckon it will be set in Atlas Park or somewhere in Paragon because Recluse wants to destroy or take over Paragon and would be his victory if he did it

All I could find searching through the EU and US boards since the search function is very poor was a passing mention of something called 'Recluse's Victory' and a badge description that says:

Some people might know about this already but I didn't so I figured I'd post it here. Apparently the zone isn't available ingame yet but will be coming soon.
