I've seen a couple of Mastermind Villains do a similar thing, except they don't go to the Hero base, they just taunt the Heroes at the Villain base lol.
Or phase shift, that's good.
Just SJ in, summon Mr. Smashy the Shivan and go to town 
I did that with my robotics/ff MM in beta. Annoyed quite a lot of stalkers by taunting them from offshore and then standing there laughing at them every time they came to attack

Take one Force Field Defender/Controller with Personal Forcie Field. Activate PFF. Walk up to villain base and stand with the defenses futilely firing at you, taunting villains.
