Psi/EM Blaster Build
Your biggest problem that I see is that you're going to get thrown around like crazy from Mind/ Doms and their Levitate.
Yep, you're gonna want at least 10 more points of knockback protection.

I understand the thought behind taking leadership over fitness on stalkers, but on blasters, if it came down to it, I would still stick with fitness.
However, I already have leadership, and the only other pool I would drop fitness for would concealment, simply for the KB protection and the recharge. It would be unrealistic to run all those toggles, but I would most likely run my assault and tactics over stealth. Phase would be nice, but I doubt I'd be willing to drop stamina for a phase that I could get from WW for a few influence.
My only question is if dropping fitness for concealment would be worth it.

What kind of pvp blasters do you play? I couldn't imagine not having stamina on almost ANY pvp toon, especially a blaster.
I'm wondering the same thing lol, I have stamina on all my PvP toons... well, all of my toons really.
Anyways, sonic, what do you think of the build for zone PvP? I do realize I'm short some KB protection... but most mind dominators will use dominate, then levitate, causing my acro to be suppressed, causing me to lose 12 points of KB protection (Acro slotted with KB IO). So, how can I really counter this, seeing as how 12 points of KB protection will be pretty much useless against a dominator who knows what he's doing? Or is it simply not worth trying to do so?

Working on Sonic/EM but I really don't think I'll be finishing with this guy, since I really don't have much time these days.
Few things i've seen that might help you. Unless you are fighting tanks or brutes or some scrappers, you won't be in melee range with many players in zones or arena very often, and if you are you will want to use Power thrust or TF. I would drop bone smasher and use those slots for combat jump (extra luck of the gambler +rech, and univ travel KB protection, etc) Then I would either go with power boost or conserve power ( i have both on mine.) Sometimes in arena duels take a bit longer than your normal 30 sec burst of attacks, and conserve power is nice to have in those instances (i'm constantly running 7 toggles). Also you might want to look into taking a slot out of hasten, it only gives about 7 sec keeping it in there. I 6 slotted psi lance and for my 6th slot I put in a chance to disorient IO. I'm not able to access mids from where i'm at so I couldn't tell you which one, but its funny as hell when I snipe someone and you know the last thing they are thinking is they are going to get disoriented. Also I would think about throwing in a perceived perception +perception (i believe thats the name) in tactics. Gives a little help on perception. I've never been a fan of sleep powers, as they sleepie will awaken as soon as attacked, so the whole point of going to sleep is kinda null. You could take slots out of Flash freeze (or get rid of it altogether) and either trade assault for maneuvers ( slot it full of LOTG, KB protection, etc). If you do decide to get rid of it you could then pick up power boost or even Vengeance and slot that up with LOTG/KB protection again.

leaping speed fitness and whatever complements your build otherwise is the general concensus.
what are you taking in place of fitness? leadership can be "simulated" with the right IOs, most things get hibernate nowadays so you dont always need phase.. is there some pool im forgetting? medicine?
Alright, so I made some changes, but I'm kind of ambivalent regarding my lacking Conserve Power. I did drop Bone Smasher in favor of Maneuvers so I could get more KB protection.
If anyone else could give me some advice regarding Conserve Power, and the dropping of Bone Smasher, it would be greatly appreciated.

I still say get rid of flash freeze, but if you really think you will use it, keep it. You could always drop assault for conserve power. This also might be an oversight, but I would throw an end reduction in it if you do keep it.
Also, if it were me, I would use all 3 blessing of the zypher ( i love bonuses, im not even sure which ones they give, I just like em.) But if I remember they give higher % increases then HOs. Not 100% certain on that.
It's been awhile since I've built blasters for PvP, pre-i13 really, so I'm not as confident as I once was. So, I would really appreciate some advice with this Psi/EM blaster that I specced for +dmg and a good amount of KB protection. I also added in a few procs to my attacks, and took hoarfrost, but was slightly worried about my lacking conserve power. Anyways, thanks in advance, any help is appreciated.
EDIT: Forgot to mention this build is built for zones. But, would this build be viable in arena with DR turned off as well?
