I am in the middle of reworking my base after the changes to the SG logos on the glass panes which was a major set back for me. Anyway, here is my medical bay. The theme of our base is Tech and our layout is more for PvP (when we use to raid), which is why I prefer not to have it all jazzed up. Lag is the death! I am reworking it and will post updated pictures as it progresses.

The base I built can be found in the "post your coolest post-I13 rooms" thread here. We even got published in the City Scoop. I have not have the time to update after they made the logo change - so many rooms now have logos where there were none. Sigh.
Nonetheless, I am happy to provide tours, and I am available for building labs if anyone wants a demo on how to do it.

Awesome bases. Rhynwa I may have to take you up on that offer sometime. Our SG's a 3 mo. baby, but we've been working hard on our base. We're all pretty clueless on how to do some of the more fundamental things, so any help you or others can offer would be appreciated!

Finished my Generator Room. I re-did the room because I had over 2k pieces and people had lag issues when entering the base. Now I just have a little over 200! Here are some pics. It looks better in person, if anyone would like to see, let me know.

I know the Dolls have one of the best bases Ive ever seen, and Decorator did a great job on The Feline Fellowship.
Our base concept is that you have to enter a sewer to get to the real goods. Here are up to date pictures, when I am done with the full room, I will post them again. Enjoy!

Anytime I'm on, except Sunday evenings (SG night), I'm happy to give a tour of Unbidden's base. It's not entirely done, since we've just gotten re-inspired to work on it again (the teleporter rooms are half-finished, the hanger room isn't entirely done. I'm redoing the medical room to be 2-storied.. etc).

Question...how do these tours work. Invite to the team then everyone passes the star a long for base access?

Well then how about we do the base tour after we take the Triumph server player group pic on Saturday 8/22? Since the pic will be taken in Pocket D and there is a base portal there.

Kidding.....well we could do another one in a month. Maybe have a recurring base tour every month or two. Most of us base builders/designers are never happy to leave well enough alone

I often get asked questions about base building and how to go about stacking, making walls and placing objects. I thought it would be easier for the Triumph community to have a resource here on our forum with some helpful links and tips. Interestingly enough, when I tell people to check the forums under base construction, they pretty much say that its a lost cause and that their questions never really get answered. Well, I can assure you that being the friendly server, no question will go unanswered! Feel free to add some helpful links.
