AE Ideas

AE’s mission creator is fun and all, but fun can become funner! And yes I said funner! It’ll be the bestest!

AE:idea.1 = A Bigger Baddie! I have an epic new story arc idea that requires and equally epic end-mish villain. What?! He can only be 8 feet tall? But my Archvillain is larger-than-life! And most other villains and heroes running throughout the lands could see eye-to-eye with him. How un-intimidating.

Could I suggest that AE allow, only for Archvillains class type, the option to create a 12-foot tall monster? You could limit the map types that would allow this sort of creature to roam, or only permit that they have to be in the back of the map where the high ceilings are located.

AE:idea.2 = More Enemy Groups! How come I can’t get my hands on some turrets for my AE arc? Because they not an enemy group. They could be, ya know. It’d be pretty kewl – a cave full of turrets. Or tanks! Tanks aren’t even an enemy group! There are tanks currently roaming the streets of Rikti War Zone. But those ones must be Swiss tanks, ‘cause they’re wandering around all neutral and junk. Ya know, they could be made to shoot exploding destruction at you. It’d be fun. Lets try it.

I like the idea of having objects like these in missions. The main issue would be where they go in a mission and how to place them. As it sits they would be randomly placed which might be ok in some instances but not likely in a majority.

In addition to adding such objects we would need the ability to place specific items in specific locations. The ability to do this would also greatly improve the overall story telling ability in AE. I can place a specific NPC at a specific location like on a pedestal or platform or room, etc to further a story.

You can pick Adamastor, I think, for the AE. He's quite tall.

Eco.

The Echo, Arc ID 1688 (5mish, easy, drama)
The Audition, Arc ID 221240 (6 mish, complex mech, comedy)
