Crafting badges not being obtained?

I don't know if it me or everyone, but I was working on crafting some level 25 endurance modification and recharge reduction, and it will not continue to update the badge for me. I thought maybe it was just the endurance modification, so I went and made 9 recharge reduction to get my badge, and did not get credit for any of them. I sent in a petition.

With the exception of the level 10 recipes, all of the other recipes require you to craft two different levels for the badge.

IE, 15-20, 25-30, 35-40, 45-50.

Just so I understand, it is then 7 25, and 8 30? So if its an odd numbered, the odd number always must be higher?

The odd number out can be either the higher or lower. So you need to craft seven level 25s, seven level 30s, and one more of either to get the badge.
