I am wondering if the devs ever plan to spruce up the hero base any in Sirens Call.

The defenses hero side are laughable at best when compared to the villain base. It doesnt even go along with the story for the zone. The villains are a raiding force attacking a breach in the shield wall and they somehow have a better fortified base than the heroes have who have had the time to install some defense to stop the invasion? Please...

Lets get some of the turrets and anti-personel guns around the blue side base like the red side has. Maybe a different layout as well instead of a walled trough of TP foe doom from all sides. Even the number of patrol spawns are grossly out of whack between the two.

Really? You know there are several spots inside the villain complex where a Blaster can shoot people coming out the door of the hospital. I don't mean sniping from hover, I mean right outside the door where it is pretty much impossible to avoid getting killed if you aren't hauling [censored] to get away. I only know of one place in the hero complex that can come close to that kind of proximity, and even that is easy to avoid.

I suggest situational awareness as a counter to hospital campers. We don't need more drones thanks.

I dont think they are talking about drones and more so turrets and NPC's. When you look at it that way vills do have it better. And both spots have areas that you can attack right outside the front door. In fact, I dont think vills have tp foe friendly guard stands like the heroes do. The hero base is much easier to camp then the villain base. Either way, I'm fine with them both as is. I wouldn't mind getting rid of those guard towers though.

Yeah, the guard towers are stupid. At the very least they should put doors on all four sides. Make the Stalkers work to get their TP kills instead of just blocking one door.

um lol? a devs blaster can stand in about 4 places I know of where they can tp right out of the door, or jump right to the other side of the door and throw down caltrops...nevermind the crates on the oil rigs that devs can tp you in...

I have a blaster and controller parked INSIDE the vill base, take that hero campers, hero side needz moar turrets, kthx?

Whats your point? I can name a dozen places vills can stand next to the hero base and camp, and don't get me started on the flying doms. Both bases have places people can camp, but vills are better off since they have turrets and huge masses of npc's.

And the crate you speak of, can you actually tp someone out of the vill hosp into it like you can the towers? I think not.
