Yes, noticed both points. Hellion boss missions have the same Non-matching Boss name issue as the Vahzilok missions.

Those are toilets/urinals with the automatic flush feature...and its broken. no one is actually in there. the doors are stuck.
We have a possessed sink at work. It will turn itself on and off (its an automated faucet thats supposed to turn itself on when someone is in close proximity, like 3 inches) at random times when no one is near the thing.

I also enjoy the bowling sounds you can hear outside of some of the bowling alleys (the one in Steel for example). There is something comforting, at least for me, about the sound of bowling alleys.

The doors on the inside of the origin stores don't necessarily match up with the outside?
Single door on outside, double doors on inside... or visa versa
Double doors on both sides, but inside opens differently from outside.

The captive Wife and Daughter are always in the unlocked room to the right, instead of in the locked back room to the left.
I guess someone noticed because it's in the wiki. I do find it odd though.

Has anyone ever noticed that the name given in the description for the last mission in The Vahzilok Pollutant Plot arc never actually matches the name that appears on the mission itself?
Last night I finished this arc with three characters. Each time the mission was described by my contact with one name (Stop Infusion from drugging the water) and the mission came up with another (Stop Mayhem from drugging the water). They were not Infusion and Mayhem all three times either. They were also Butcher and Bile and then Surgeon and Defiler. It seems there's some kind of random name choosing device working here. It just can't seem to sync up between the contact text and the mission text.
Do the devs know about these problems? Is there a fix in the pipeline sometime in the future?
Inquiring minds want to know.
