It isn't account-wide, and PW doesn't say it is either... unless you are referring to another page.. in which case, let us know which page you saw it on so it can be fixed.
Then again.. I've always thought it to be illy for this one not to be account-wide to begin with... but all you have to do is open an existing arc (with a custom boss) and click "republish" to get the badge on another toon.. even if you didn't make any changes to the arc.

Here's the page I was looking at. If you scroll down to Customizer on this one it says it is account wide (In both locations). I never actually clicked on the badge, I just looked at that.

It was made to be account-wide in I15, IIRC. I know I've been having it trigger on my characters for a while now.

Maybe we still have to re-trigger it again at least once to get it to award globally? Seems silly but I guess I'll give it a shot later anyway.
Yes, you need to retrigger it to get it to award globally. I did it, and it worked.
According to ParagonWiki Customizer is supposed to be an account wide badge. For me, however, it seems that it only awarded to one character. Is PW incorrect, or is anybody else having problems with this?
