I've noticed a similar condition - usually after logging in or zoning, I have to click it to activate the auto-fire, or drag it to anothe tray, un auto, then re-auto. I thought it was maybe a lag/sync issue on my end.

If you have a non-hostile NPC targeted, like a Wents representative, auto-fire powers won't trigger. Untarget them and they should work fine again.
Honestly, as far as I've had experiences with hasten on auto fire... it did not matter what you had targeted. Also even while zoning it should have never been an issue. I think this is a bug that may need to be /petitioned. Hasten is not an attack power FYI.

However, I have also noticed this. It seems to be on any auto fire power. It seems that occasionally auto fire powers will not fire if you have been out of combat for a while.
If you click it, or go into combat it usually starts auto firing again.
I first noticed this when the WW/BM came to the game, so I chocked it up to the devs trying to alleviate some lag by not having powers auto cast when people were just sitting in WWs.
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
I have a few toons, that for some odd reason autofire wont stay on hasten. It work for a while then i notice the small green circle is not there anymore.
- its not a gfx glitch when sometime its still on autofire but you dont see the green circle. Its really not on auto fire.
- I dont press Z to cancel all action. It occure randomly.
I don't play those alts often enought to bother me doh. But played em enought, even after lvl50 to try a lot of things to fix it. but in the end, that glich is stil there.

This happens on certain toons of mine too. Mainly my widow hasten wont autofire.
yep. happens to me too. I thought I might have another power trying to fire instead... nope. its bugged.

Same here. Using the Windows client.
Is it just me or is haste not able to be set to autofire for anyone else? I can autofire all my attacks and most powers but not haste on any character. Anyone know anything about this?
