You probably need the CD key code from your original activation and the credit card you opened your PlayNC master account with. NC customer support will probably ask you for them for verification.

Specifically the last four digits of (I believe) card used for the first subscription payment - which is not necessarily the one you used to open/verify your account.
Unfortunately, if you used a time card for the first sub payment, they do want the entire number from that.
