If that doesn't work, yeah you should probably contact support. There have been a wide variety of weird things happening with vet badges recently.

Make sure you look at the actual date you're supposed to receive those badges. You can pay in advance, but you won't actually get the badges until the time has passed.
For example, my account shows 5 Years, 7 Months of vet time, but I don't have either the 63 nor the 66 month badge yet, because that much time hasn't passed yet.

My 27 month vet reward is nearly a week overdue. Should have been awarded on the 11th or 12th.
Definitely file a report. I did it as a petition in game, and have since received notice via email that the issue is being escalated. Hopefulkly it will be resolved not long after the weekend is over.
My wife had the same problem she didn't notice until a week ago or so, she was a full seven months behind on her vet stuff she petitioned and was granted her vet rewards.
Checking my account page, it says I have 3 years, 11 months of Vet time (47 months), but I only have my 42 month vet badge. Not so worried about missing out on my 45 badge, but I've been looking forward to my 48 vet rewards for quite a while.
Do I need to contact support to see if there's an issue with my account, or is this an on-going problem with lots of people?
