Can't get into game, odd problem, plz help!
Sounds like you have some bad video drivers. Could you give us a CoH Helper output, please? (See the 'common solutions' sticky thread for instructions on how to get that. Or just follow the link in my sig.)
Of course here ya go. Also, it's funny you mentioned the drivers because recently I had a different problem and put up a CoH helper in these forums and I was told to update my video drivers, which actually did fix the problem, but since then Ive been getting alot of ATI VPU recovery error messages that i never did before. Anyways not sure if that relevant anyways, but here's my readout.

Also, Ive now tested out the other games on my PC (currently running World of Warcraft and Age of Empires 3) and none of them are encountering this problem, which means it's CoH only that is well off-center.
I'm getting this same problem, except mine is off in the upper left. The bottom right of my screen is still cut off by black space, though.
Safe mode works, and changing my resolution changes how much of the login screen I can and can't see.

Upgrade Vista to SP2.
Upgrade your video drivers here.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
Black Pebble is my new hero.
Upgraded my video drivers while you were replying. Problem seems fixed.
Well I did the same while waiting for a response. Uninstalled whichever drivers I had on there (I think they were already the most recent quite frankly) and reinstalled them. Didn't do anything. I have tried messing around with my screen resolution via the desktop properties and can get my "Enter Paragon" button back and at least get in, but there's still weird colored bars on the sides and the ratio is just off. Last night I got it to kick back into its rightful place with the same method just mentioned, but then this morning it's back to the same problem, except this time messing with the resolution isn't correcting it. Any further insights since I think the responses were aimed @Logan rather than my original posts?
Use TweakCoH to change your resolution and placement of the window that CoH runs in.

I had heard of this program before and forgot about it thanks for reminding me. I am trying to use it now, but I'm unsure of how to do what you mentioned. I see a box called "Windowed screen position" but then I have to play in a windowed style which I'm not crazy about. When I switch it back to fullscreen it's back off center again. Is there a function of the program I'm missing by chance?
Logan_Hawke, for pity's sake, get Service Pack 2 ASAP. Not having it means you have some serious security holes in your system.
Nerdstrom, you've got your in-game resolution set to 1280x1024. Is that your normal desktop resolution? I'm guessing not. You should try setting the game to your desktop resolution. Don't worry about screen position, it's ignored when you play full screen.
Randomly today after I click through the User Agreement and the game goes to the load screen, for some reason my screen is off center. Allow me to explain better. The CoH window, only, is off center, almost as if it were movable like an internet browser window, and I moved it down and to the right. Behind it I can see my desktop and everything seems to be working fine behind it, but I can't get into the game!! I can log in and go to character selection screen but the button to enter is out of view below my bottom task bar. I have no idea whats causing this, any enlightenment would be great because as of now I cant play! thank you.
