Want to die...
If it is saying it is on the C: drive, it is just on the C: drive. The HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\UAC is referring to a location in Windows Registry, which again would likely be on your C: drive since that is most likely where Windows is installed.
The most telling things about both of those entries is the UAC portion as that is Windows' User Account Control. Most of what I've seen in searches when the uacinit.dll is infected is that a Rootkit is involved as Eislor and Mandu suspected.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
Black Pebble is my new hero.
Currently yes those those are only on your C: drive. The reason it keeps reporting them is most antivirus software will scan the memory and also scan the registry of the primary drive before it starts scanning whatever else was requested.
Don't count your weasels before they pop dink!
K cool. Then whatever the tech guy did, its preventing the virus, so far, from going onto the external hd

I do have an external hd.
I also have flashdrives.
This virus was apparently on my ssystem in wait for awhile because the last time I backed up my files, it got in apparently (might have even been before the last backup... several backups ago. Its been in there for at least 2 months)
It can apparently cross USB. It spawns hundreds of other virus' and they do the damage to the computer. I've gotten several names over all of this and continue to remove them all. Its corrupted dozens of files and locks me out of programs and areas of my computer.
It apparently had a keylogger on my computer so I had to change all my passwords from email to bank and beyond.
I've had professionals that have looked at my computer and continually go "wow" or "oh [censored]" and other phrases as what they attempt to do is blocked.
I did get lucky and have weakened the virus. It now is not fully working while in safe mode. I can run normal anti-virus software for a bit without it becoming corrupted or having to close.
Last night I had a geek squad guy change settings on my computer and weaken the virus even more. I am in safe mode right now attempting to reformat my hd and then move my files over again. At this point they say it will at least be easier for them to combat one virus rather than hundreds.
As for why I posted it here. I was looking for help. I have had one person send me a tell givign some advice and offering help. If this guy that is working on my computer currently can not help, I will be asking them for help and more advice from there on and aswell as anyone here who is willing to offer it.
Thank you for those that are offering help. To those that are being OCD about correct area and those bashing me for not backing up my important stuff - bite me.

Actually, you mentioned nothing of asking for help in your OP. It was nothing but emo drivel.
On another note, glad to hear you are making progress in the cleaning of your system.
Anyways...
Got everything up. Then put everything on the external back onto the comp but the virus did follow. But since it wasnt the "original" or core or whatever, we were able to fully take care of it right away with malewarebytes.
Now there is just the problem of getting all the correct files redownloaded and installed....
Wanted to thank everyone who offered help. It definatly took off alot of the stress knowing there were more options out there than I realized.
Thanks again to those that helped and offered.

My emergency backup maneuver for virus removal is a DVD that I have handy. A friend made it for me. Essentially, it enables you to boot Windows from the DVD, and it is crammed full of every antivirus program he could think of. Since it's a DVD, viruses can't corrupt it, and it's always pristine if you ever get into trouble like this.
Perhaps after you get your machine scoured, you might consider something like that.
