Patron Pets are good for holding IOs, thats about it.

Unless of course you just want one them because "it's cool to have one" - then go for it!
Corruptors' Coralax is for comic relief. It can't fight, it can't take a hit but man does it look funny when put right next to a KB heavy boss. 
I posted this in a another thread but did not want to thread jack it. I have an electric/cold (and fire/cold) I have been wondering about Summon Coralax pet. Is it any good to have around? I have never had it before but thinking of respecting into it to team with VS. How is the pet in PvP and PvE? Is it any good?
Really the only pet I have ever taken is the Mu pet for dominators.
