Cimerora TF Trouble
There's a few different strategies. Basically, the boil down to tanking one set (Rom or Nictusii) while the rest attack the other(s). Also, if the Tank is tanking the nictus, make sure he's pulled them far enough away to NOT heal Rommie... also, when the nictus spawns a CRAP LOAD of of little nictii, hitting it with an AoE confuse has hilariously good results.

The old fashioned "Tank n' Spank" method runs into trouble on the Imperious Task Force. And that's not really a bad thing.
A common strategy is to have the Tank pull one of the Nicti AVs away while the team engages Romulus or the other Nicti. Depending on your preference you can have the Tank draw the auto-healing Nictus or the one with the rather nasty AoE. Either way I'd recommend having the Defender go along with the Tank for buff/debuff support.
My advcie would be a scrapper attacks and pulls the healing nictus a few feet away from the rest of the fight.
The rest of the team dogpiles rommy.
Healing nictus is the one to your left as you first get to the square

Alternately, in the cheapo win, you can snipe or use Blackwand/Nemi-staffs at near maximum range on the Nicti without generating aggro, and destroy them very slowly. It works.
The healing nictus generates heals off the number of enemies in a large radius. Pets and allies may be counterproductive as they may generate more healing than they output in damage.
www.paragonwiki.com is a great source of information for this game.

People go on and on about the healer Nictus, but when your team is dying fast enough that you can't deal any damage, the real problem is usually the Nictus with the PBAoE Mire attack. It is autohit and will quickly kill any defense-based melee characters. You can try to kill it with ranged attacks from outside its range, get someone to aggro it and kite it about in a circle, or get the support squishies to stack -Dam debuffs on it if they can.

[/ QUOTE ] Another small trick..
If you run up to Rom's platform immediately after the cutscene, it is possible to pull Rom away from his Nictus. Then you wont have to be a man down just to keep them separated.
Our team, which consists of 1 x Tank, 2 x Scrappers, 2 x Controllers and 1 x Defender, all level 39, CANNOT get past the final mish. The problem is the AV and the 2 Nictus AV's all standing next to each other. Any advice would be appreciated. We just get decimated and it's really not even close. Cant do a bit of damage before the team is wiped. The nictus are troublesome and we cant seem to handle them at all. Observations, advice? Thanks in advance.
