The Shinsengumi is a RP PVP group with a fairly serious contingent of PVPers. I'd contact Lunar Wing (@Ramael) in game. They're good people.
Not really. I mean there are a few SG/VGs who will PvP in groups of 2 or 3 every so often, but I don't really call that a PvP SG/VG. I've seen a good number from Dawn of Devastation on blue side lately. (I only see that one tough scrapper from Shinsengumi.)
