well if u mean use it EVERYTIME it's up & I have it 4 slotted w 1 acc & 3 recharge.
Then I would say I'm using it right....

I have a cold/rad defender & a ice/cold corr and neither one seem to be able to suppress there regen enough & I usually get killed pretty quick from there crits

I would like some suggestions on good builds to take out regen scrappers.
example....fire/thermal corr
rad/rad corr
just using these as the format.

You must get rid of swift,fly & hover.
Replace with hurdle,combat jumping & superjump
slot with 2 blessing of zephyr In cj & sj for xtra defense
also u should 3 slot ss & put 2 blessing of zephyr & a celerity stealth.
You don't more than 3 slots in health, 4 gaussins in tactics & for hoarfrost 5-6 slots w/ health & interrupt. Just hit power boost b4 u hit hoarfrost & u will be fine
