Start a support ticket. That's what I did to get mine fixed, although looking at the list of when I'm supposed to get my next one I'll have to do it again.

pretty sure they have been having trouble with the vet badges for a while now. send a support ticket like Vanum advised, it should work out fairly quickly
Yup, I had exactly the same thing happen to me (I suspect because of free time from upgrades such as the Valkryie booster, but maybe it's just a vet time bug). I opened a support ticket and they were nice, but even though I showed evidence from my account profile, I don't think they understood. Eventually they just "manually" awarded the missed vet badge/rewards, but now I was on track to be 3 weeks later with all future vet rewards, which didn't make me happy at all... 
However, lo and behold, a few weeks later (after no communication whatsoever -- I'd basically just written it off), my correct veteran reward date magically reverted to something close to what it originally should have been -- weird!

What they aren't saying is that some characters are also being awarded "booster" packs that they did not purchase:
GvE, Wedding, Cyborg, Mac...etc.
I think there was a post saying that if you do get a bugged character (its not global, just character specific) do not use the powers or it could compromise your character when they fix it.
For some reason it did not give me my 51 month veteran badge/reward in June... I got my 48th in March, and now it saids for my 51 months badge I will get it in september.... uhhh what do I do... and I did pay my accounts/did not deactivate my accout either...
