He's asking about a critter who is not available in AE. He wants to recreate him but doesn't know what his powers are.
Sorry, I haven't played the STF is so long that I cannot remember what his were. Try looking him up on ParagonWiki.
If you're willing to spend a lot of time bouncing around the various AE buildings, Bad Penny is sometimes found hanging around the lobby or quiet room. No idea what his powers are, though.

Well you could try joining a Khan TF with a team that is willing to pause for a moment to let you take a screenshot, and examine the NPC's powers. I wish you the best of luck in trying to find such a team.

Bad Penny appears on the Khan TF? I thought he was STF only.

I want to use a customized version of the Rogue Island Villain "Bad Penny" in my arc. The problem is I know very little about him. What are his powersets? Also, where can I see some screenshots? (Paragon Wiki has only one, and its' not very helpful).
