Statues Report Day 1- It was a learning experience. While it wasnt bad i got to help few people I also learned some thing. First off i need to reword my message. What im trying to do is help new players get out of AE and thats it. Im not trying to say i hate the AE in fact its the opposite. I LOVE the AE it is great BUT not for new players it gets them off on the wrong foot for the game. I know this has been suggested before and i agree AE NEEDS to leave Atlas and Mercy . It does nothing but get new players caught up in the spam and they think thats what the game is about. Any way im going to leave that dead horse alone. Just know though i will be back and im going to keep doing this no matter what other people say.
Also i want to thank every one that said they liked what i was doing and supported my cause. And to thous that didn't like what i was doing well im sorry but in the long run this will benefit everyone. Also i thank the taxis for supporting me and Taxibot Belle for telling me that i should make a post about this.

I have seen you out in AP. Not a bad place to be, and I might add to make the experience a bit different for you here is what I did in an afternoon. I rolled a new lowbie, just something I wanted to try. Once I hit AP, I waited and saw lvl 1/2 toons lft or ae so I just started inviting till I had a full team. I ran the Susan Davies arc clear all the way to the bank mish in KR. I think that all the toons were about lvl 12 before I had to actually log. I've since done that a few more times. Actually deleted and remade the toons a couple of times for this purpose. We have also picked up some really great players for the SG this way too. Best of luck and thanks for not beating the dead horse.

Whether or not I agree with the whole AE controversy or not, is totally beside the point. True heroes, don't only fight crime. They do all the things this society needs to help those that need help. And you Sir/Madam are a true hero!

That has been suggested in several other threads. The screaming would be epic and I think it would cost us players, and JUSTIFIABLY so.
The problem isn't really that AE is available. The problem is that new players pretty much 'fall into it' due to its location. All they need to do is remove AE from Atlas Park and Galaxy City. New players would stumble across it AFTER they learn a bit about the game.

I do think they should drop the AE building from AP. Its just way too likely that a new player can accidently hit level 20 on his first play session and be both bored and spoiled to the game at the same time. I know the farms would just move to Steel Canyon... which is fine... a new player would have to at least gain enough knowledge to get himself to and through that zone before he got spoiled by the farm system... veteran players would get there just fine with thier new toons if they wanted.

Far side of Hollows would be better. I'm thinking to the east of Grendel's Gulch where we always used to get that damn mission door at level 5 back in the day.
I'd suggest at the center of Perez, but I hate getting there, even at 50.
Hello every one, I know i don't post much and when i do its not usually here but this is my home server and i love this game. I have been reading all the posts about AE babies and deiced i need to help. So i decided that for a few hours every couple of days i will sit in atlas and offer my help to any new people who are willing to listen and want to learn more about the game.
