How can I change the camera angle so I don't always have the back of my character?

Hold down page-up. Mouselook, hit B to return to your original view. There are other ways, I'm sure people will come by with those momentarily

You can remap it in Options --> Keymappings --> [VIEW] Rotate Camera

This is one of those "other ways" :

If you haven't changed the default keys, hold down Page Up and use the left and right arrow keys to rotate the camera around your character without risk of changing the vertical angle. Use the up and down arrows to change the vertical angle. (I use this rather than mouselook to avoid changing the vertical angle unintentionally.)

Hit Page Down to return to the default angle. This resets the horizontal direction only. It does not reset the vertical angle. The vertical angle will USUALLY reset when you enter/exit a zone or mission.

The scroll wheel will let you zoom in and out, this also resets with Page Down.

Thanks. A new problem it seem that i am no captureing anything but a blck screen when I hit the print screen. Wnidows Vista on a Gateway. Any ideas? Also can I send the screen shots to a folder instead of paste?

Don't know if Vista does anything funky, but in XP screencaps are saved to to "/screenshots" folder in your "/City of Heroes" folder . . . "C:/Program Files/City of Heroes/screenshots" by default.

I assume you're not taking character screen caps since you're asking about moving the camera (character screen caps get saved to your clipboard in XP so you have to alt-tab out to paste it into a graphics program).
