The contacts used to be the primary source for "power 10" enhancements, where otherwise you had to go to find stores. Call it a convenience tax.

Ahhh... memories of going to my Blaster to buy End Mod (specifically the INCREASE) for my other lowbies from her contacts. Good times? No... no not really actually.

Fixed.
Stores only sold the power 10, you had to go to contacts and get your reputation up with them to get other types.

Am I the only person that finds it odd how expensive enhancements are when bought from a contact? If you ask me, logic would dictate that once you perform enough missions for a certain contact, the enhancements sold would be cheaper than the ones purchased from stores and arbiters.
This doesn't seem to be the case...can anyone explain why?
