Architect XXV still obtainable?

What's really cool is that on one of my characters I have 43 Badges, but I have the badge for having 50 badges.

It's only going to be a funny quirk though for so long, I still have veteran rewards to earn, so that will ruin it. XD

This hurts my OCD. I have all the architect badges, accolades, etc but no Architect XXV, progress stopped at 23/25.... guess I'll wait for GR and hope for the best so I don't have to start logging in 25 times before I allow myself to play CoX.
