Developer Choice Arcs, Why no arc bonus?

According to the information box, Developer Choice arcs are suppose to give an arc mission bonus upon being completed. This doesn't appear to be the case. Am I doing something incorrect or are they bugged?

Is anyone receiving the arc bonus and merits?

To my knowlege you have to select wether or not you want ticket rewards or standard mission rewards (salvage,recipes etc.)

Yeah and I select the correct one. Has anyone actually gotten the arc bonus?

Yes, I have gotten an arc bonus on each of the Dev Choice arcs I've done after I selected "Standard Rewards"
