100% CPU is normal for this game on your average PC. Nothing to fix here, nothing is wrong, don't waste any time on it.
For example I have a fast multicore CPU and the game uses about 65-70% on 2 of the cores.

Not all MMOs are created equal. CoH is VERY CPU and Video Processor intensive.
That you're only using 85% speaks volumes about the awesome and win system you have, though, so take heart, and dinna werry!
/although a Helper or even dxdiag log wouldn't be shunned, I'd like to see.

Can anyone tell me why CoH runs my CPU usage at about 85% when my other MMOs run it around 20%? I'd gladly post information about my PC if someone tells me where to get the specs for it.
