/Thorn is definately a good compliment but if it doesn't interest you I would suggest /fire or /elec.

I'm a bit new to Dominators in general...
Okay, plant is going to rely heavily on seeds of confusion. So you want an assault set that has a lot of AoE damage fairly early to kill the foes so you don't lose much to the confuse penalty.
I'd go with:
Fire has fire breath and combustion.
Thorns has fling and burst.
Ice has frost breath and ISC.
I'd avoid:
Nrg has.... um... oh, yeah whirling hands.
Elec has static discharge (no it's not an STD)
I'd consider:
Psi has scream and PSW, but both are rather late to the party.
Please buff Ice Control.
I decided on Plant Control as a monkey for trying out the new, and dare I say improved, Dominator. Well, I really can't decide on a secondary. Of course, I can't *really* trust the guides, since none are post-Dom buff. Plus... all I really see is Plant/Thorns and Plant/Ice, neither of which interest me too much. Concept is pretty open, so any suggestions?
