General opinion is that Den-O wasn't GRIMDARK enough for today's average English-speaking adult Kamen Rider fan. I myself loved it, but I stopped watching shortly before the idol / actress playing Hana (I forget her Real NameĀ) got too stressed out and ragequit. So, I haven't seen the awesomeness that is Liner Form and TRAIN SLASH.
Still, though, even with all the previous episodes, I couldn't marathon them like I could with Kabuto. First Heisei Rider series I could actually get into, though I really wanna start watching Ryuki and Faiz.
Also, you can NEVER get enough of COMMON RIDER DRAGON KNIGHT, for TOGETHER, WE CAN FIGHT THE FIGHT.

Well actually Dark Hero had more in common with the manga/anime than the first movie did. So I'd say Dark Hero and the anime were close to being one in the same by origin.

Its like Kabuto had so much drama that they had to recharge the Drama Battery for a season But that's okay, because we got Ryutaros.
And OH GOD NO! Kamen RIder Dragon Knight...at least what I've seen...Is decent, but good lord that theme song is awful. But hey, it could have been worse.

Hey, [dubbed-in voice]EARL YOU,[/dubbed-in voice] buddy. Saban's Masked Rider got me into Kamen Rider in the first place. I just... y'know, haven't watched any of the Heisei series until Kabuto. Hell, if I can find the entire series fansubbed (or I learn Portugese or something), I may try and watch Black and Black RX. LOVED ZO, though, mostly for the Nightmare Fuel monsters.
Still wondering what Den-O would've been like if the actress playing Hana didn't ragequit...
Personally I like the fire effect on it since it adds to my brutes ransformation even though she is a WM/SD build.
My Brute thanks the Devs for a change lol.
