Katana/Regenarations tips, and sets!

from what i have experienced in both arena and zone pvp (which is everyday), most regens are geting wreckd, and i mean bad. there are sooooo many psy/ and /psy toons around that it makes most regens leave the zone with in the first few minutes(drain psyche ftw). i myself play a /therm corr and a /psy dom and do not even worry about the melees too often. if your lookn to pvp with that toon for sure, you may wanna pick up phase shift and get web nade from weapons epic. slot for lots of rech,dmg and acc. for that amount of money you should be able to achieve perma DP even with DR on. if so, then theres no real point to slottn for HPs b/c with perma DP youll stay at 2410 HP. hope this helps a lil
I am also very interested in getting some good IO builds for kat/regen if anyone has.
And @xchaosx2, I believe the op was asking what would be a good build for kat/reg, not what your opinion of it was...

OP needs help with IO set choices too, I think.
I recently made a kat/reg, and got him to lvl 50...I wanted to make this toon specially for PVP.. Ive never had a regen/ kat scrap and i would like to know if anyone could give me tips and what kinds of sets to buy for him! I'm kinda looking to spend about 800mil-1.5bil....
