Generally, if you want the best AE teams you should head to the Abyss. The AE there is just west of the DE Gen buildings.

Totally chill spot there. You tend to find the more experienced players there rather than a swarm of newcomers who just got PLed to 50, and that's only because they dont even know the Abyss exists!
