maximizing scourge
DoTs aren't worse under scourge, they're just like normal attacks. One chance to scourge for the whole power.
Rains like RoF and Ice Storm are the big winners when it comes to scourging, since they hit a large area and roll individual ticks of damage. That's why Fire/Dark corruptors are so dangerous, since a rain will start to scourge the moment the enemy gets into low health.

The DoT power itself isn't less likely to scourge, but the attack that follows it may be less likely to scourge than it would be if the DoT power was front loaded. I presume that's what the OP was referring to.
Am I remembering incorrectly, or didn't rains also do additional scourge damage or something of the sort?

Rain of Fire does x3 scourge instead of the standard x2. Ice Storm only does x3 on the cold damage, making it's total damage still x2 on scourge.

The Guide to BURN
Hello
I've read a number of posts from people suggesting to basically ignore scourge as far as overkill but after reading the thread on how many DOTs are worse under scourge I was curious how to maximize it?
One way is the pseudo-pet powers, right? Like Ignite, Ice Storm, Fire Storm, Blizzard, and Sleet(?)
Are there other pseudo-pets that have increased changes to scourge?
The only other thing I can think of are low damage, fast recharging attacks like the first blast from Rad/.
Are there any other attacks like that (especially AOE) that lend themselves to maximum scourge-age?
