But as others said, you need to include some motivation for this SG to be formed. I.e. WHY are the people sticking together? What's the common goal? What benefits them when they're together that makes it worth their time?

Why does it need to be structured like that? Why can't you join and figure it out as you go along? You obviously don't know the OP, so to try to shoehorn it all in to a predefined structure sounds difficult, so wouldn't it be better to join up and see where the RP takes you?
It's just another view/option.
