Updater Very Slow

My update happened in a few minutes. I'm not bragging (even though it sounds like it) just pointing it out. It was at 9am-ish today though, so I don't know if that's part of it... Probably a lot of people having to deal with the download, causing slowness... or a bad ISP hop somewhere in your chain of servers, that's been known to happen...

In December 2010, I got average speeds to upload at 15-30 kbps. I have snapshots of the downloader telling me 100 hours.
Anyone having this problem. At my stated speed, it says I'll be finished downloading on the Updater in 38 hours. Never had this issue before, my bandwidth is more than enough and everything else is zippy quick.
