I believe you're looking for $name. The map sounds like a Carnie rave, probably an unloackble found under unique warehouse maps.

The variable (not a command) representing the character's name is $name, as in "You're probably wondering why I called you here today, $name."
Can't help you with the map, even though I know which one you mean...
It is under unique warehouses, I believe it's called "Dance Rave." The carnie warehouse is not currently available.
