yeah i know its not a damage dealer... but what outside of fire or illusion will do ok... if anything?

Fire, Illusion, Mind, Earth is ok. For a secondary you'll want Rad, Therm, or Storm (TA if you want to be an annoyance to Stalkers, but that'll mean everyone will be gunning for you).

I have 2 Controllers: An Earth/Thermal and a Plant/TA. In PvP. I would say that the Earth/Therm would have the most success. Hope this helps!

Don't forget Ice 
With the changes to slows and toggle dropping, Ice is "meh" at best.

well a grav/sonic can work... i know i sound like a noob or something, but i've pvped for a long time and if you play your cards right a grav/sonic can work. You need purples, PvP IOs, and lot and lots of know how and experience vs every combination of builds and team make up out there.... I don't think even i'm good enough of a driver to play a grav/sonic though :\ ...
i have nver been much on Trollers. I know the use to own in PVP a bit.
SO i finally got one over level 40. Went to RV and UGH how horrible...
I know it migh the power sets i have but still... they seem to be without question the single most under performing archetype in the game PVP wise at the moment.
Am I wrong?
