Ouroboros Badges Bugged?

Hello. I have been working on the Ouroboros badges a little at a time with a friend of mine and twice in the last week now, we've gone to work on continuing the badge work and both times we completed our arcs and NO badges were awarded to either of us. I did verify that they are badges I do not already have (and he did the same as well).

Is there currently a bug with badge awards on the live servers?

Appreciate any information you can provide.

I completed a story arc with the 30 minute and 0 death restriction, and the only badge count I can see under Ouroboros is "Complete 5 Story Arcs". I didn't receive any badges, or a badge count.

Were you actually doing an 'arc'? For example, if you did the 'Redemption of Alexander the Great', it is considered a badge mission and not an arc, so it doesn't count for any of the challenge badges. It only counts for the 'complete x number of flashback' badges. None of the badge missions count for the challenge badges.

I didn't realize badge missions did that, since I was doing "Video Games Made Me Do It". I guess I'll just do "The Strange Case of Benjamin A. Decker" then next time.

This is a great guide for the flashback badges.

Also, when you do an arc, the challenge badges DO NOT award on completion of the last mission; You have to call the contact. Only then, when you exit Flashback mode, do you get the challenge badges.

The badges for number of flashbacks done award on completion of the last mission, before calling it in. Confusing, I know. :/

Yes the Ouroboros badges are bugged. There's 2 bugs I know of:

1) Well known one: If you run a mission that awards one of the series of accomplishment badges (like Bad Luck, but not Thief of Midnight) it won't award any of the challange badges. The bug is its not supposed to offer challange options for those badges.

2) When you access the pillar for level ranges realize this is the range you fight at, not the range of badges given. The level received is based on the lowest level at which the mission can be received without any indication of this.
