Ambush issues

I haven't noticed anything like this at all.. except for also during the ITF where the 4(?) ambushes on the back hill appear almost at the same time.
Lately, we decide to go up there ahead of time and combined with the mob that starts there, we have a heck of a good time. lol
I can think of about 4 missions right now ( I'm sure there are a couple more ) that have always had timed waves rather than defeat one and the next spawns.
I haven't noticed any other missions "change" from the second style to the first.
Off the top of my head, mission that send waves in timers and do not wait for the first to be defeated: Help find Fusionette, Rescue Waylon McCrane, Extract Pyriss, Recover Amanda Vines, Find the Truth behind the PTS and Free Willy's source from Arachnos. I know there's a Freakshow map during the Freaklympics arc as well, and a one-off Crey lab mission where you get about 8 waves after clicking a computer.

I can't recall how the ambushes on Rommie are supposed to work... is it one at 3/4 health and one at 1/4? I know one we were on the other day we took his health down so fast it's possible the ambushes arrived at the same time because they were only triggered a few seconds apart. And yeah, that was rough... two ambushes, plus the fluffies spawning like crazy. Mass Confusion only does so much!

Lately, I've been noticing oddities with ambushes. It seems like when a single event is supposed to have waves of ambushes coming one at a time, they all come at once. I'm not positive that this happens every time, but the ITF is horrible for this - lately we've just started accepting that we'll wipe when the ambush spawns, and we have to regruoup, clear the ambush, then continue on with Rommie.
