Bind Gurus, Help Meh!

My Trick Arrow/Sonic Defender Weaponizer is a gadgeteer who just created his Wings and Winged Boots for flight. I plan on having a different costume to use whenever he's hovering/flying.

I need a bind, if possible, that goes the following:
-Lightning Costume Change emote changing to my second costume, or cc 1
-Toggle on Hover

So, can someone put that bind together for me, I'm at a complete loss on how to do this. Also, if anyone has done something similar and has suggestions, fire away.

Try

/bind key "cce 1 CCLightning$$PowExecToggleOn Hover"

Change key to the key you want to bind, of course.

edit: I just tried this out in game, and it isn't exactly smooth. No matter how I set up the commands, the Lightning emote goes off, then there's a second delay before Hover kicks in. You'll have to try it for yourself to see if you like it or not.

Also remember that there is a 30 second time limit on costume changes. So you will find yourself toggling on hover for a quick hop and changing into your flight costume. Then when you are done hovering you can't change back.

This character is pretty much a perma-hover Defender, so while that is an issue I'll take into account, it hopefully shouldn't happen much.
