Did you check to make sure you don't already have 2 story arcs open?
yup Naylors was the only story arc I had open while it WAS open. What he said (see quote above) doesn't indicate that I already had too many open...he specifys that "come back when you can handle what it takes"...which seems to suggest I need to be of a higher level.
That particular story arc does have Soldiers of Rularuu in it, which only run from 41-50 according to the MA...
...so it may be that Paragonwiki is wrong and that it isn't a 35-39 arc...in what case that does need to be changed...
Arc I've already done was Automatic Villainy.
The arc I want to do is called Last stand on mole point Bravo.
i did his arch the other day on my lvl 50 via ouroboros. i remember the first story arch mal'd me down lvl i think in the late 30s. his 2nd arch mal'd me down to another lvl which if i remember correctly, was higher than the first arch.
i THINK the 2nd arch gives the "portal hopper" badge which unlocks the rularuu weapons options.
the wiki is incorrect about a couple lvl specific archs, cant remember which but i did do his arch another time a while back on another 50 and it confused me which one of his archs to do.
RED CAP DAGGERS: if you want them red side on infinity, send a pm i have the mission to get them for dual blades.
The portal Hopper badge is just a normal badge mission he gives out...
guessing that I'm simply going to have to wait to get the Rularuu axe...
Still the souvenier from Automatic Villainy shouldn't reference Last stand on Mole Point Bravo if it's not actually his first arc and Paragonwiki needs to swap them around.

ya youre right, the whole story arch of his looks like its set up wrong. sucks, i guess ask around if people have it or efficenity experts arch, he gives a mish that unlocks the axe too.

Villainside, the unlock is tied to souvenirs, not badges*. Since only the mission owner gets the souvenir, tagging along with someone else won't help.
*You can get the unlock via the "Kill 100 Overseers" badge, but that one is ridiculously annoying to get redside.
If something has glitched, and he doesn't give his mission, you can still get the weapons by flashbacking the arc once you outlevel it. Unfortunately, I think that arc is 30-35, which means it would count as a 35-39 arc, and you'll need to be 40 to get it via Ouro.

I ran Technician Naylor's arc with my stalker (actual 35-39 range) and he gave me his two arcs, after a couple of out of arc missions, starting by "Last Stand on Mole Point Bravo" then "Portal Hopper" mission then "Automatic Villainy".
Not sure what happened there for you.

Been trying to get the Rularuu axe unlocked for a long while now, I've hit 35 and done the first arc Naylor gave me...which, according to Paragon Wiki is actually his second arc, the souvenir even references the first arc as if I've already done it...
now the problem is he simply won't give me his second (suppose to be first) arc, saying that I'm not high enough level to do it but he gives no indication at what level he would give out his second arc. Paragonwiki lists it as 35-39...which I'm guessing it actually isn't...
So anyone know why Naylor is being a stubborn goit and not handing out the story arc which actually unlocks the Rularuu axe?
