Ticket was escalated Sunday.. How Long for reply?
It depends greatly on the issue at hand.

Well any ideas on the average? My account is bugged and my veteran awards aren't awarding and it screwed them up and pushed them all back a couple of months. My account has never lapsed and the billing records showed I paid for each month.

Well, right off, anything serious enough that it had to be escalated is going to take some extra time. Secondly, I would guess that the senior person it got escalated to would not be at work on the weekend so those days don't count.

Thats why I was hoping someone that had the problem could rely how long it took. IE, a week, 2 weeks?
It took them about 3-5 working days to fix mine.

I havent yet had a support ticket not get escalated.
I think stand operating procedure is a form email telling you that on first contact.
I'm betting there's a long line too though.

it depends on whether or not they can actually fix the problem... but usually they can turn it in 3-5 days...
another factor is how long you took to report a problem... the longer you ask them to look back in logs... ...
i petioned the same thing on a friday for my vet reward being late too. i looked on the account management site and noticed they got the reward date wrong. it was next month the 12th it was gonan reward me but, it should reward it thish month.
on a sunday it was escalated, thursday still heard no response so i updated my petion and let them know it was a few days already and no follow up email.
they wrote me back friday night and said they were escalating it again to a senior tech. then saturday, i got the reward late at night.
RED CAP DAGGERS: if you want them red side on infinity, send a pm i have the mission to get them for dual blades.
I sent a petition for that very same issue before it was made public and it got escalated the same day and answered the day after. It prolly had a lo to do with the fact I was one of the first asking for the correction to be made.
For those affected by that bug right now, it might take a rather longish time due to the amount of people concerned.

I had the opposite problem. I just got my 42 month vet badge and rewards. It awarded me 42,45,48, and 51 all at once.
Which brings up an interesting question.
If I claim the extra character slot it mistakenly awarded me for the 48 month badge, what will happen when they fix it and put it back where it's supposed to be?
Will the character disappear? Will a random character disappear? Or will nothing at all happen and I'll have a character slot I shouldn't have?
I have no intention of claiming it, just wondering what would happen if I did. I don't like the possibility of scenario #2.
Edit: Only one character got the extra badges, the rest were awarded normally.

ClawsandEffect, I have a SG friend that had the same "thing" happen to him a month or so ago. If I see him online today, I'll ask him what happened (I'm pretty sure he petitioned it)
