so ive noticed many people dont put fitness on a stalker. I dont have any 50 stalkers so why is that??

You are going to want a ton more kb protection on a nin. I would even recommend if you haven't finished this going back and doing either wp or regin. You will get tossed a ton on nin get no repel protection and that little kb. If you are dead set on keeping nin and plan on pvping with the big boys with it you will want repel protection bonsues and around 44 or kb protection(44 is not a typo).

this implies team pvp where there is enough damage simultaneously targetting you to kill you during the rooting from kb animations.

ime, in zones or duels you only need like 8+acro to avoid any serious frustration.

For just screwing around, I would go with at least 12 (in IO's) for KoB.

that makes no sense to me, given kob has base ~8kup.
most ss users would 4-5 slot kob for some damage set for bonuses, that leaves 2 slots for "flavor". with 1 lv50 kb io it goes up to ~14 then ~19 with 2.

once you start building for -kb, imo, you should build for alot of it because its a waste to be in the middle(anything over 8 up to 40 w/o acro) because kb is all or nothing. most builds arent hurt by slotting a single zephyr in sj and karma or steadfast in their shield and/or cj.

I know what you are saying. However, I get knocked down much less often running 12 instead of 8. You could break 12 with a 50 KB IO in KoB, but everyone I've seen has been running a kb triple or double, and 12 is enough to stay planted vs that combo. Running the extra 4 kb prot here and on freedom makes a very large difference in the number of times I get knocked down. I'm not building anything with fewer than 12 mag now, even if I have acro or a toggle, since kob shuts that KB mag prot off before applying the KB affect.

I can clarify the 44. If you are pvping on freedom or arena and only have 8 you will spend most your time on your [censored]. And once they know they will continue to put there. On justice for casual zones 8-12 would be plenty though, but then you aren't really fighting that many people at once there.

Last night you were. We had a full RV going for a long time. It was awesome.

And con is right bout the 44. Once I found who I could knock, they were stalker bait all night.
